Custom made items are unable to be refunded due to a change of mind. 

If an incorrect size of a made-to-order product is ordered an exchange of size may be offered at our discretion once the original order has been returned in as-new condition.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping within Australia as items are made to order.

Buckle Blockers ordered separately from other products will be sent as a letter to reduce postage costs. If you are located in Western Australia and would like to collect at a feis please select 'local pickup' and we will make contact to provide collection details.
